A meet-operations workbench for age-group swim coaches, parent volunteer clerks, and small club meet hosts. The core loop is heat-and-lane assignment—not a collection of swim results and not a training history: you set course and lane count, build the event order, place athletes with seed times, auto-seed heats with center-lane preference, drag-fix conflicts on a live heat grid, generate session timelines, run a large-type clerk board for the deck, and export print-ready heat and psych sheets. Ships with a full demo invitational so App Review opens into real meet work on first launch.

Meet Setup Desk — create a meet with name, course (SCY/SCM/LCM), session date/time, lane count (4–10), warm-up block, and average heat interval; duplicate a prior meet shell without copying athlete outcomes.
Events Board — ordered list of stroke/distance/age/gender events with exhibition flags, multi-heat capacity, and drag-to-reorder; tap an event to open its heat grid instantly.
Roster & Entries Pad — add athletes (name, team/club, age, gender) and attach seed times per event; bulk-fill from the bundled Autumn Invitational sample (60+ athletes, mixed events) so the grid is never empty.
Auto-Seed Engine — one-tap placement into heats and lanes using fastest-to-center or straight-seed rules, empty-lane padding, and dual-meet vs invitational lane patterns; re-seed a single event without wiping the whole session.
Live Heat Grid Editor — visual lanes×heats canvas with drag-and-drop moves, long-press athlete cards, conflict chips (missing seed, age mismatch, double-booked event), and undo; lane 1 orientation toggle for bulkhead pools.
Session Timeline Builder — estimates start times per event/heat from interval, dive-over, and awards breaks; shows a simple density chart so hosts spot overtime before publishing.
